At this time you will be required to Proceed as Unregistered, Create an Account, or Proceed as Registered . Either is quick, easy, and intuitive to do. | Q: What is surgicaltools.com's return policy? |
A: Any product return must be pre-approved by Surgical Tools, Inc.. The packing slip and the shipping carton must be clearly marked with a return goods authorization (RGA) number issued by Surgical Tools, Inc. or the package will be refused. Please refer to the original order number and the date of the order when requesting a return. Sterile products must be in unbroken packs with seals intact. All other products must be returned in the original packaging. Items with a cost of less than twenty dollars are not eligible for return. For returns based on a Surgical Tools, Inc. error, shipping charges will be fully absorbed by Surgical Tools, Inc. and there will be no restocking fee. All other returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. No items will be accepted for return thirty days after the original invoice date.

| Q: What warranty do surgicaltools.com products carry? |
A: All Medicon German manufactured surgical instruments are warranted for ten years against defects in materials and workmanship. All BOB and Surgical Tools German manufactured surgical instruments are warranted for seven years against defects in materials and workmanship. All new German manufactured endoscopes are warranted for one year against defects in materials and workmanship. All other products come with the manufacturer's warranty, unless Surgical Tools, Inc. has offered an extended warranty in writing. Any item found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Surgical Tools, Inc. and shipped to the customer free of charge. Any product return must be pre-approved by Surgical Tools, Inc., who will then supply a return goods authorization number (RGA) and shipping instructions.
