Account Set Up
The system requires each account to maintain a unique username and password. However, at your discretion, you are permitted to share your account information with others who are authorized to make purchases for your organization.
The complete registration process should only require a few minutes of your time.
In order to register an account at surgicaltools.com, you will need to provide general information such as business name, billing address, shipping address, payment type, and other similar information. You can register via the link at the top of the website or you can postpone the registration process until you are ready to checkout.

If you would like to access a history of your purchases, click on the “Past Orders” option under “My Account”. This option lists your purchases in date order, showing the most recent first.
To search our website for specific products, use the “Search” function to find what you are looking for via keywords, description, or the manufacturer’s catalog number. If you experience difficulties via a keyword or description search, try both singular and plural options and check for spelling errors. To see complete listings of product groups by price, feature, and specification comparisons of similar products, click on the specialty you would like to view under the “SPECIALTY” heading. We will provide you with access to a directory of all products included under that specialty.
Returned Goods Policy
Returns of any product or item must be pre-approved by the company. For approved returns, the RGA (return goods authorization) number, provided by Surgical Tools, Inc., must be clearly indicated on both the packing slip and the physical return packaging. When contacting us for a pre-approval, make sure to provide the original order number and order date. Upon return receipt, original packaging must accompany all returned products. Product packaging must be completely intact and sealed for sterile product return acceptance. Items costing less than $40.00 are not eligible for return. Purchased items are eligible for return up until 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If a return is necessary due to an error made by Surgical Tools, Inc., the shipping charges will be paid in full by Surgical Tools, with no restocking fee. If you require a return after the 30 day period, please refer to the warranty information listed above or on your product packaging.

The Purchasing Process
surgicaltools.com offers worldwide shipping and regularly receives international orders. Before using an international account however, you will be required to confirm bank/credit card information or you may be required to wire transfer the appropriate funds prior to shipping. For convenience in making purchases while outside of the U.S., you can also visit our vendor booth at an array of international trade shows.
When you have finished shopping click on the “Shopping Cart” function in order to proceed. You will have the option to review your order and “Continue Shopping” or “Continue to Checkout”. If you continue to checkout you will be required to sign in or create an account if you have not already done so. When the above has been completed, click “Submit” to complete your purchase transaction. After your order is submitted, you will immediately receive an email notification with your order confirmation information. If you do not receive a confirmation notice, please check your email’s spam folder, or contact a Customer Service Representative at 800.774.2040 to confirm that your order has been properly received, or to correct any issues that may have occurred.

The quick answer is yes, all products we offer come with full manufacturers' warranties. Here is a quick look at a few manufacturer warranties for products purchased on our website: Medicon and Integra Miltex: Lifetime warranty for workmanship and material defects. BOB and Surgical Tools: Seven years for workmanship and material defects. Surgical Tools German manufactured Endoscopes: One year for workmanship and material defects. All others: Full manufacturers' warranty, unless there is an extended warranty in writing from Surgical Tools, Inc.
